 3.    Place your order, and enjoy the free shipping!

 ·      Your order will be delivered within the stipulated delivery date provided to you on order conformation.

The fine print

 ·      You will not receive FREE Shipping on your order if any eligible items are canceled, bringing the total below Rs. 250.

 ·     May be used in conjunction with a promotional code. The qualifying amount is the total amount of the  products purchased before the promotional code is applied.

 ·      Some special product, order, or handling fees may still apply.

 ·      Shipping fee may apply on bulky or low priced items.

 ·      Items fulfilled by a third-party seller may not be eligible.

 ·      Cancelling items, combining orders, or changing your shipping address, speed, or preference might   affect your order's eligibility for Free Shipping.

·      We reserve the right to change or discontinue FREE Shipping at any time.

International Shipping (Presently Not Available)

86brands.com gladly accepts orders from all around the globe across many products. Available product lines, shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address for your order. Items sold by 86brands Merchants may also be shipped internationally. 86brands Merchants may set their own shipping rates and policies.

Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility. For further details, read about Restrictions (which apply to all international shipments) and Import Fees Deposits.

 ·      Limitations

For products shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements; and the products may not conform to destination country voltage and other electrical standards (requiring use of an adapter or converter if appropriate). Moreover, you are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from 86brands.com, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as titles, to our international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws. If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift," but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form. Customs authorities require the value of the gift item to be stated directly on the package.

Returns & Replacements

If the product is defective, damaged or lost in transit, 86brands offers replacement at no additional charge to international customers. In other cases, we do not offer returns and replacements at this time.

1- Day Delivery

 ·      86brands offers next day delivery on tens of thousands of select products across India and currently it is offered for FREE. The availability message is shown on the Product detail page where Next Day Delivery is available.

 Once the order is placed, the product will get delivered on the next working day, which is same as the one mentioned on the product description page. Again, there are no additional charges for availing this service.

The fine print

 ·      1-Day Delivery orders are available for selective cities/pin codes.

 ·      Delivery time for these orders will be confirmed for your city and pin code during the checkout. Shipments may reach as late as 8pm on a business day.

·      Order containing items with different delivery times may be sent as multiple shipments based on the delivery promise.

·      1-Day Delivery is valid only if 'Need 1-Day Delivery' message appears on the website while ordering. 1-Day delivery time does not apply to bulk quantity purchases and cash/cheque/DD purchased orders. This service is not available for placing orders on weekends & holidays.

 ·      In most cases Cash On Delivery is available on 1 day Delivery Orders

 ·      Orders might get delayed in case of some unforeseen circumstances and events outside 86brands.com's control. 86brands.com reserves the right to change or discontinue 1-Day Delivery at its sole discretion.

Delivery Estimates

 ·      Shipping estimate which is shown on product detail page is the time taken for 86brands or one of its merchant partners to pick, pack and ship your order from the warehouse upon approval of payments In some cases like payment by cheque, card verification or demand draft, we process the order only upon confirmation of payment by our banks. Delivery estimate is the total time taken for your order to be delivered to you at your doorstep.

Each product page carries information on estimated shipping time. For example a product on which it is mentioned that it "Ships in 3-5 business days" would ship within 3-5 days from the receipt of your order and confirmation of payments. This does not mean that it would get delivered to you at your doorstep within 3-5 days.

The final order form carries information on delivery estimate, in business days. Further the estimated delivery date or date range will appear in "Your account" after you have placed your order.

We calculate the delivery estimates by adding the estimated shipping dates and adding the time it takes for a package to travel from our/merchants facilities to your destination address. This depends upon your delivery location and shipping option chosen by you.

The shipping estimate listed on the product page is the time taken to obtain the items for shipment, which in turn determines the estimated delivery time.

The choice of shipping (courier, speed post) may also contribute to the delivery time.

For instance, once you opt for an item that is listed as "ships in 3-5 business days", you may add the time taken for shipment usually 2 business days to reach the delivery estimates, i.e. 5-7 business days from order date.

For International customers: The orders shipped internationally, are subject to customs clearance procedures, hence there may be delays beyond the original delivery estimates.

Tracking Your Package

You may track your package using the tracking number (AWB number) mentioned in the shipping information for each of your orders.

For this you might have to visit the website of one of our shipping partners. The shipping partner's name would be mentioned in the account page.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is an alternate payment method offered in addition to our existing payment options viz. Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Netbanking, Cheques, and Demand Drafts. In Cash on Delivery, you will have to pay the order amount to our courier partners at the time of the actual delivery, rather than paying in advance.

Placing an order using Cash on Delivery

Placing an order using Cash on Delivery payment option is simple. Please follow the steps below

·      Identify the products with Cash on Delivery available that you want to purchase.

·      Add them to your Shopping Cart.

·      Proceed to checkout.

·      Enter your shipping addresses and proceed to the payment page.

·      Please select Cash on Delivery as your payment option.

·      You will be asked to verify your mobile number, for which a 6 digit verification code will be sent to you by SMS. Your mobile number is necessary for us as well our courier partner, in case we need to get in touch with you regarding your order or delivery.

·      Enter 6 digit verification code which you would have received by SMS.

·      On successful verification of mobile number your order will be placed.

·      In case the SMS does not reach you, there will be a screen that will appear after a few seconds to prompt you for order completion.

·      In case you do not have a mobile number, please contact our customer service (Contact us).

·      Paying for a Cash on Delivery
You will have to pay the order amount in Cash to our shipping partners at the time of the actual delivery.

Currently, Cash on Delivery is available across many selected locations within India.

Paying using Cash On Delivery on an order
You can select Cash On Delivery on an order if

 ·      Your selected products are available for Cash on Delivery.

 ·      Your location is serviceable by courier partners providing cash collection services. Generally we service all major locations in India (some remote locations might not be serviced).

·      Your order total amount is less than Rs. 1,00,000

 ·      You have a valid mobile number.

 Please note that if your shopping cart has multiple items where some of the items are not eligible for Cash on Delivery, the payment option will not be available at check out.

Same Day Delivery

We offer same day delivery on a range of gift items in selected locations across the country.

You can select items available for Same Day Delivery using the navigation bar located on the left side on the Gifts tab.

While we commit same day deliveries for these products, we do not commit intraday time window by which the product would be delivered on that day. In case you would like to track same day shipments, please e-mail us at wecare@86brands.com.

Mid Night Delivery

Mid night delivery is available only on selected gift products like flowers, cakes, and chocolates.

Each product detail page provides information on whether it is available for same day delivery or midnight delivery or both.

In case you wish to receive delivery of the product tonight (midnight), you would have to select today's date while ordering. The order will be delivered around 11:45PM (IST) on the selected delivery date. E.g. If you are ordering on Dec 14 at 9am and want the product delivered midnight the same day, please select "Dec 14" as the delivery date for midnight delivery.

Shipping Restrictions

 ·      Warranty issues, restrictions from manufacturer & non serviceable pin codes prevent us from shipping to all locations

We might not be able to ship to all locations in India and abroad due to the following reasons:

1.    Warranty issues: Warranty on a number of products (esp. electronic products) are available only in certain geographies and locations. This might prevent us from shipping to locations outside of these geographies.

2.    Restrictions from manufacturers: Due to regulatory or other restrictions, manufacturers of certain products (books, etc.) are permitted to sell in certain geographies and not sell to locations outside. In such cases we are unable to sell and ship to such locations

3.    Non serviceable pin codes: While we work hard to provide delivery across ALL zip codes across India, there is a chance that we may have missed out on a few.

Combining & Splitting Orders

 ·      Combining orders

When possible, we try to combine multiple orders into the same shipment. This helps us reduce the number of shipments we need to send to you.

We try to combine multiple orders into the same shipment if the orders meet the following criteria:

 

 

·      Multiple orders are placed through the same customer account

·      The orders are being shipped to the same address.

·      Items from each order are located at the same 86brands fulfillment center.

·      The orders are shipping at around the same time.

There are some cases when we won't be able to combine shipments. For instance, we may not be able to combine the following types of orders:

·      Orders that can't be shipped from the same 86brands fulfillment center to meet your promised delivery date

·      Orders shipping from different fulfillment centers

·      Orders being shipped to different addresses

·      Orders being shipped to an international shipping address

·      Orders marked as gifts

Splitting orders

To ensure that you receive as many of your items ordered on or before the promised delivery date, we may split your order into a number of shipments and ship them as and when the products get available.

We may split the following type of orders:

·      Orders having multiple items with different estimated delivery dates. Each of the shipments may have separate invoices sent.

·      Orders from different vendors or fulfillment centers of 86brands.

Please accept each of the shipments separately. In case you receive incomplete orders please check your account for complete shipment information of your order.

Non Receipt of Package Post Delivery Date

Orders fulfilled 86brands.com and shipped via one of our shipping partners will have tracking information available in Your Account. Please check this information if available and read through the following options:

·      If the tracking information indicates the package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors or family members. Packages are occasionally left with neighbors, or safely outside your house/office.

·      If the tracking information indicates the package is being returned to us, or if the address is incorrect, it may have been undeliverable.

·      If there is no tracking information, or you cannot locate the package and it is not being returned as undeliverable, please e-mail us at wecare@86brands.com.
