30 Day Replacement Guarantee

86brands offers 30 days replacement guarantee for products sold on 86brands.com. Customers may notify us of any damage or defect within 30 days from the date of delivery. 86brands will replace the defective product with a brand new product at no extra cost.

86brands will try to replace the specific product ordered. However, the company reserves the right to offer an alternate product in case the product is out of stock/ production.

The 30 days replacement guarantee is valid only in cases of manufacturing defects and transport damages and is invalid in cases of damages due to normal wear & tear and negligence on part of the customer. The return policy is also not valid for certain products such as Cakes, Flowers, gifts, etc. Should customers come across any issue with such products, they are advised to contact customer service within 2 working days, failing which we may decide not take a request for replacement.

Digital content such as e-books is not returnable at all.

How to ensure that the Return Policy is implied on your order without any hassles?

We make every effort to ensure that your order is carefully dispatched to you and hope that you're happy with your purchase. We're committed to superior customer service, quality products and your complete satisfaction. However, if you wish to return your item(s), you should keep in mind a few things before sending the item(s) and follow the below procedure:

Item(s) must be unused and in their original condition with all tags and packaging (for e.g. shoes must be packed in the original shoe box and returned, Fragrance bottle seal must not be opened/tampered, Watch must be in the original box with warranty card and manual, etc.)

All additional items or accessories in the package must be sent without anything missed out. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered, will not be eligible for a replacement.

Please do take care that that you pack item(s) securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.

In order to offer you the hassle free replacement service, it is required to get the product condition checked before sending out the replacement unit. Hence, we need to acquire the defective/damage product before processing replacement or a refund.

In case of products sold by our affiliates and/or sellers, Return policy of the seller will apply. Product details page will show the seller's name & details.

Empty Box Returns

Please get in touch with us within 24-hours from the time of delivery. We will co-ordinate with our courier partners and try to locate your product soon.

Exchanges

86brands does not offer cash refunds. In case of damaged or incorrect merchandise, 86brands would ship the correct product upon receipt of the damaged or incorrect merchandise from you. Customers will have to bear the return shipment and packaging costs.

Tracking Returns

Customers can track the status of their returns by emailing us at wecare@86brands.com. Customers can also track their Returns by logging into their Account.

Late or Missing Refund

As soon as we receive your return we would update your account, and mention the refund status in it.

In case of product replacement, you would be able to track your shipment (Courier name and AWB number) from your account.

How are Refunds Issued

Product replacement - In case of damaged or incorrect items 86brands would replace it with a new one, upon receipt of the returned item.

We do not provide cash refunds. In case replacement is not possible, we may issue credit points that can be used for future purchases.

Price Changes

86brands provides price protection for items during shipment, during refund and during returns. Therefore, in case price of a product falls during that period, we still consider the sale price as the consideration to be refunded.

Exchanges / Returns

 1.    To claim full refund of any item purchased, you are required to return the item within 7 days from the day of delivery. The refund amount will be credited back into your 86brands Account or its affiliates. Innerwear and socks are not included in this refund policy.

 2.    All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Items must be in their original unused, unsoiled condition, please make sure that you pack items securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service and share the tracking details after dispatching the product.

 3.    Once the product is received, 86brands has all rights to decide whether the returned product is unused and returned on time.

 4.    PLEASE NOTE that we DO NOT accept returns on socks, swimwear, underwear or any innerwear due to hygiene reasons.

5.    All tags, original packaging and certificate of authenticity card need to be intact; product must not be broken or tampered with by customer.
